My Why
I used to work in a hotel for many years as a sales manager for weddings, social groups and MICE, even when I loved my job there was something missing. In 2020 I did my first solo trip to Europe and the different hotels, locations, views and just being in a different country felt like my missing piece, after that, my friends started asking me for tips, to help them with their vacations and itinerary so that´s when I knew I had to be a travel advisor and now I help couples to find the perfect venue for their dream wedding.
Approach
I feel like a great trip starts with exceptional care. My planning philosophy is centered on personalized service, thoughtful details, and proactive support, ensuring every journey—from destination weddings to luxury vacations—is seamless, stress-free, and unforgettable.
Difference
Online booking platforms cannot provide the personalized care, expertise, and support that I offer. My clients know they have someone who understands the industry, has the right contacts when issues arise, and is committed to making sure every detail of their wedding or travel experience is handled with care.
In the moment
A few months ago I had an indian wedding, everything went perfect, however on their departure date we had around 30 guests going to the airport at 5 am, they waited 20 minutes for their transfers until they all decided to call me, they were panicking as they didn´t want to loose their flight, I tried to reach out to the DMC but the line was busy, so after 5 minutes, I told them to pick a taxi and send a picture of the voucher so the DMC could provide them the refund, later that morning I was informed that because of the rain there were car accidents on the road so the vans were stuck in traffic and that was the reason they were not on time to pick the guests, so the DMC refunded all of the guests for the taxi they paid and everyone got safely to the airport.
Insider tip
If you’re renting a car in Costa Rica, try to reach your destination before 5 p.m. Some roads can be very dark and foggy, with many sharp curves. Plus, driving during the day allows you to enjoy the country’s beautiful landscapes.
