All services and content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Exquisite Travel Group makes no guarantees regarding accuracy, availability, reliability, or performance.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Exquisite Travel Group or its officers, directors, employees, affiliates or providers be liable for any injury, death, loss, delay, accident, or damages of any kind arising from the use of this Site or services provided.

If liability is found, it shall not exceed the amount paid by the User to Exquisite Travel Group for the service.

Travel Insurance

Exquisite Travel Group strongly suggests that you purchase travel insurance.

Refunds are not possible for any reason. Failure to purchase travel insurance makes you fully responsible for all cancellation or delay costs.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

All bookings are prepaid and non-refundable. There is a 100% penalty for no-shows. Once payment is made or travel begins, no substitutions, cancellations, or changes are permitted.

Deposits & Payments

Deposits are non-refundable and start at $300 per person unless otherwise stated. Full payment is required 90 days prior to departure. Reservations are not confirmed until payment terms are met.

Custom Trip Planning

Exquisite Travel Group provides personalized trip planning services including accommodations, tours, transportation, and itineraries. Package pricing is disclosed in total and individual item pricing will not be released.

Accommodations & Special Requests

Accommodation details are provided after purchase. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and cannot be the basis for refunds or modifications.

Airline, Rental Car & Vacation Packages

Airline tickets, rental cars, and vacation packages are governed by the terms of the respective providers. All such bookings are generally non-refundable and non-changeable unless otherwise stated.

Complaints & Issue Resolution

Any issues must be reported immediately following the specified protocol. Failure to report issues in a timely manner releases Exquisite Travel Group from liability.

Force Majeure & Pandemics

Exquisite Travel Group is not responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations due to acts of God, pandemics, government actions, or other events beyond its control. No refunds will be issued under such circumstances.

No Chargebacks

By providing payment details, you waive your right to chargebacks for trip delays, changes, or cancellations except in cases of fraud. Unauthorized chargebacks will result in recovery of fees and legal costs.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Exquisite Travel Group and supersede any prior agreements.
