A luxury Sacramento travel agency serving the Sacramento Valley and Northern California

Exquisite Travel Group plans luxury trips from an office at 1209 Pleasant Grove Blvd, Ste 105 in Roseville, minutes from Sacramento. We are a registered California seller of travel (CST#2018558-40), and our advisors work with families, couples and groups across the region and well beyond it.

If you have been looking for a travel agency near you anywhere between Davis and El Dorado Hills, the practical difference here is that you are not calling a national booking line. You are working with a named advisor who can meet you in person, and who plans the same destination often enough to know it properly.

Advisors who live in the region

Our advisors live in Roseville, Sacramento and Folsom. They are not staffing a regional office from somewhere else — this is where they are from, and it changes the advice. An advisor who has taken the same 6:00 AM flight out of Sacramento International knows which connections are worth the risk, and an advisor planning around the same local school calendars knows which weeks actually work for a family trip.

Twelve of our advisors cover the Sacramento market. These eleven have profiles you can read before you call:

What our advisors are actually certified in

Certifications matter less as badges than as evidence that somebody has done the destination training and been inspected on it. Across the wider Exquisite Travel Group team we hold Virtuoso certification, ASTA Verified Travel Advisor and Certified Travel Associate credentials, a Master Japan Specialist, a level-two Certified Tahiti Specialist, a Certified Hawaii Destination Expert, Italy and France specialists, Aussie and New Zealand specialists, Kenya and South Africa specialists, and both WOW Certified Weddings and WOW Certified Indian Weddings specialists.

One of our advisors was named Romance Travel Specialist of the Year. If you want to see who holds what, each advisor lists their own credentials on their profile.

How we plan for Sacramento Valley travelers

Most of our clients fly out of Sacramento International (SMF), which shapes the planning more than people expect. SMF is a connection-first airport for most long-haul routes, so the question is usually which hub to route through and whether an overnight on the way out is worth avoiding a tight connection. We plan around that rather than handing you whatever the booking engine returns.

The work itself covers Disney and family travel, ocean and river cruising, destination weddings and honeymoons, culinary and wine travel, wellness retreats, corporate incentives and groups, and fully custom itineraries.

Visiting the office

We are at 1209 Pleasant Grove Blvd, Ste 105, Roseville, CA 95678, a short drive from Sacramento and straightforward from anywhere along the I-80 and Highway 65 corridors. The office is open Monday–Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, by appointment, so that your advisor is actually free when you arrive rather than mid-booking for somebody else. Plenty of our clients never come in at all and plan entirely by phone, email or video — both work equally well.

Call (916) 757-6300 or email info@exquisitetravelgroup.com.

Areas we serve

Sacramento, Roseville, Rocklin, Granite Bay, Lincoln, Folsom, El Dorado Hills, Elk Grove, Davis, Woodland, and the surrounding Sacramento Valley. We also plan for clients across North America who were referred to us and never set foot in Northern California.

Common questions

Is there a travel agent near me in the Sacramento area?

Yes — our office is on Pleasant Grove Blvd in Roseville, minutes from Sacramento, and our advisors live across the region. You can meet in person by appointment or plan entirely remotely.

Do you charge a planning fee?

Yes, on some trips. We charge a planning fee for complex or bespoke itineraries and for airfare. Straightforward bookings usually carry no fee. Your advisor tells you which applies to your trip before any work starts, so there is no surprise at the end.

Is it cheaper to book with a travel agent?

Not always cheaper on the headline price, and anyone who promises otherwise is overselling. What you get is access to rates and amenities that are not published publicly, someone who has inspected the property, and a person to call when a flight cancels. On a complex trip that is usually worth more than the difference.

What does a travel advisor actually cost?

Most of what we earn comes from the hotels, cruise lines and tour operators we book, not from you. Where we do charge a fee — complex or bespoke itineraries, and airfare — it is quoted up front and agreed before we start planning.

Can you help if I live in Folsom or El Dorado Hills?

Yes. Roseville is the office address, but our advisors plan for clients throughout the Sacramento metro, the foothills and the wider valley, and most planning happens by phone or video anyway.

Are you a registered seller of travel?

We are. Our California seller of travel registration is CST#2018558-40.
